Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the RouteRush app ("RouteRush", "we", "us"). By downloading or using RouteRush you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use RouteRush. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app in compliance with applicable law.

Subscriptions & billing

• RouteRush offers an optional "Pro" subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) that unlocks the AI coach and related features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (App Store › Subscriptions). Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Prices may change; we will give notice as required by the App Store.

Health & safety disclaimer

RouteRush, including the AI coach, provides general fitness information for convenience only and is not medical advice. We are not a healthcare provider. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise program. You use the app and exercise at your own risk; always be aware of your surroundings and traffic while running.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including: violating any law; harassing other users; uploading harmful or infringing content; attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service; or using it to collect data about others without consent.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create (activities, notes, photos). You grant us a limited licence to host and display it to operate the app and any features you share into (such as clubs or leaderboards). You are responsible for the content you share.

Intellectual property

RouteRush and its branding, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content except to use the app as intended.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that location, distance, pace, or other metrics are error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteRush is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its data.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will update the date above when we make changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
